Caspian Property Ltd have been accredited by the Norfolk County Council as a reputable service provider and are members of the Trusted Trader scheme operated by Norfolk County Council Trading Standards Service in partnership with Referenceline.
The Trusted Trader scheme helps consumers in Norfolk to make informed choices, and older and vulnerable people throughout Norfolk to remain safe and independent in their own homes. All Trusted Trader members are checked by Trading Standards before acceptance, to make sure that they meet the minimum criteria of the scheme. Customers are encouraged to give feedback which is published on their official website.

Shower Room Installation
This small 1.8m (6') square bathroom was in need of some tlc. The customer had decided that a shower was all that was required for the new room so the bathroom became a shower room. A false wall was created at the foot of the shower tray giving a comfortable shower enclosure whilst incorporating 2 'box' shelves for storage. Additional storage cupboards were installed along with a new WC and vanity unit. Please click the picture for more images of this installation.
Fascia, Soffit & Guttering replacement
This bungalow in Thorpe St Andrew was transformed with a new roofline. The old timber fascias & soffits were removed and disposed of along with the leaking mismatched guttering. A new roofline was then installed using UPVC Fascia's and Soffit in a textured rosewood finish. This coupled with new guttering in brown all around gave this tired looking building a new lease of life and it all came with a 10 Year Guarantee.
