Caspian work with landlords across Norwich & Norfolk to ensure their rental properties are maintained, secure & clean. Our reactive property maintenance service guarantees remedial works are carried out quickly, to a high standard and at a reasonable cost.

Caspian can also provide a wide range of services for landlords with void properties. From end of tenancy cleans through to full property refurbishment, the Caspian team will work quickly and efficiently to ensure your property is ready for new tenants.

We understand that maintenance and security may be more of a concern with an empty property, so to this end Caspian provides our 'PCK' (Property Check & Keyholding) service:

Many of our landlords live away from the local area, some as close as London and others as far away as Japan and Australia. They find it reassuring to know there is someone independent of any managing agents who can service and take care of their property quickly and in a cost effective manner. No agent kickbacks or commisions means a better value service for your property maintenance.

We can liase directly with tenants or via any intermediary such as your prefered agents or a friend / family member maybe. We can communicate directly in a number of ways and find email especially helpful where large time differences occur.

To make life a little bit easier Caspian's landlord services are now available on a contract basis whereby Caspian will look after any minor maintenance needs during the tenancy and provide our full end of tenancy clean and minor redecoration service once the property has become vacant.

In all cases, particularly with our contract service, providing our details to the tenant at the beginning of the tenancy will enable Caspian to deal with any issues quickly and efficiently with, in most cases just an email to let you know we were called out!
